In early 2023, Universal Aviation Spain acquired the remaining minority stake in Andalucia Aviation, becoming its sole shareholder.

The seven former Andalucia Aviation and now new Universal Aviation Spain locations include Almeria (LEAM), Ciudad Real (LERL), Granada (LEGR), Jerez (LEJR), Malaga (LEMG), Sevilla (LEZL), and Menorca (LEMH).
